i think i have a hormonal imbalance. i dont have a period ever month i get bad achne and have crazy bad mood swings and sometimes get depressed. i got months without a period and have crazy breakouts. i cant take the way i feel and im pretty sure its just a hormonal imbalance. is there anything i can take to help this?

I mean the physical therapy department at the hospital uses therapeutic ultrasound and electrical stimulation regularly and they are not called alternative medicine but there is not proff documented that they really work. So what makes them not alternative medicine if they are not scientifically proven?
