oh god…. i was doing these, but when coming up i would kick my leg back at the same time that i raise the dumbbell up. feels soooo nice, but boy does it make you sore the next couple of days!

Hi Charlie, Would it not be more advantageous to work from a lighter weight, progressing to a heavier weight (for five), then returning to the lighter weigh? The muscles reckon their lifting the heavier weights – while in fact your using the lighter weights? This is known in the Gold Gym’s.
