What is the best way for me to gain muscle back quick?
I graduated high school in 2007 i use to have weight lifting classes and was in fantastic shape… but 2007 was the last time i worked out i am going to buy a bowflex next weekend what kind of muscle building supplement works the best my boss says get androstenediol (1AD) but i don’t know if that is still legal…

We all have something called "muscle memory", meaning that as your muscles have been in fantastic shape before, they remember what it’s like to lift heavy and contract, and how to grow larger. Just keep doing what you were doing before, and your mass WILL grow back.
Androstenediol is a banned substance in many national, and most international sports – it is a steroid. Your boss is an idiot, probably from taking too many steroids. Muscle mass does NOT equal strength.

what fitness trainer said is right but to add a lil bit i would go with the free weights and avoid machines for supplements take whey after your workouts with gatorade and or a banana to spike your insulin to be able to deliver that protein into the muscle, glutamine and zma before bed.
