    If it’s a healthy food, it’s healthy any time. Veggies, for example, can be a excellent breakfast… we just gotta rethink our thought of the traditional “breakfast”… things like bacon, pastries, coffee, and so forth should be abandoned… crazy as it sounds, I often have a salad for breakfast…

    What ?????? Soy ???????????????? Soy is terrible, terrible, terrible….. no one should have soy…. The only soy you should have is really fermented, like in excellent soy sauce and tempeh. But tofu and soy is something you should avoid. Natalie you should know better.
