2 PCOS Weight Loss JourneyHello Everyone! I started my new life in March of 2007. By August of 2007 I had lost 80 lbs, and after 4 years of trying with no success, I finally became pregnant, but unfortunately suffered a loss. I got right back on my regimen. And, by March 2008 I was down 102 lbs. By September of 2008 I had reached a total weight loss of 115 pounds when my husband and I found out we were pregnant again COMPLETELY naturally! Our small guy is due in 2 small months.

I am so emotional, fired up and passionate about what i did for myself. I chose i was FED UP with being overweight, tired, hairy, childless, bitter and utterly miserable! I want to share this with you all. I want you guys to feel how wonderful i feel now, about myself and my life and even my PCOS!

    if someone is 100 pounds overweight and they start eating healthy and lose 6 pounds the first week are you siggesting they add some kentucky fried chicken or a whole bday cake to get the weight loss down to 2 pounds . that 1-2 pounds per week rule is for people who have like 25 pounds to lose. when you ahve alot of weight to lose and you make a lifestyle change – weight loss is hige the first month or so this is normal for the morbidly obese

    that 1 to 2 pounds is unrealistic when people ahve alot of weight to lose. if someone is 100 pounds overweight and they start eating fruits,veggies , lean meats and exercising of course they will lose more than 1 to 2 pounds per week the first couple of months.

    that is alot. it is healthiest to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week, so it stays off. The quicker you lose weight, usually the simpler it is to get the weight back. Work out, but make sure its a slow and steady loss so you dont gain again after your hard work pays off.

    I want to do – Cardio(Treadclimber)
    Gym(strength training)
    Cardio& Core (Turbo Jam)

    is this overwhelming for 1 day everyday?

    if not can it help me lose atleast 40 pds withtin my 50 days.

    That might be tough, but certainly possible… I changed my eating habits and started exercising and dropped 7 pounds the first week. After that it was more like 3-4 pounds per week, and after the first month it was 2-3 pounds per week. Don’t get discouraged — even at 2 pounds per week you can lose 100 pounds in a year :) .

    You could easily lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks though, that would make a huge difference too.

    if you want to gain back 60!!!! seriously healthy weight loss is usually 2 lbs a week….with a healthy diet and exercise. It will benefit you more to adjust to that lifestyle and tackle the issue now, the right way so you can live your life without restrictions.
