Many people do not realize the significant health benefits that are obtained by including physical activity and exercise into their daily routine. In fact, physical activity and plotted exercise should be part of every person’s lifestyle. Just a small physical activity and exercise will result in some health-related benefits, while more physical activity and exercise can result in even greater health benefits. So if you are physically inactive, becoming active will cause some blood lipid and lipoprotein change, but if you are already physically active or follow a plotted exercise program and have elevated HDL-C levels, you will need to incorporate more physical activity and plotted exercise in order to give additional lipid and lipoprotein changes, you need to include plotted exercise in your daily routine. You must know that the more you exercise, the greater the lipid and lipoprotein changes you are likely to achieve and when you incorporate more physical activity or plotted exercise in your lifestyle and then maintain this activity level throughout your life, the health-related benefits continue to develop and thus achieving a lifelong fitness regime.

Through proper exercise and nutritional counseling and adherence to a healthy lifestyle, most people can control their blood cholesterol, but due to genetic conditions some individuals require medications to lower their blood cholesterol. Even responses to dietary changes are influenced by genetic factors. For example, some people have low cholesterol despite consuming a diet high in saturated stout, being obese, and getting small exercise. At the same time, some people have an unacceptable blood cholesterol and lipoprotein profile despite careful attention to health-related factors. Likewise, the effect of exercise on blood cholesterol and lipoproteins can be influenced by genetics (J. Larry Durstine. Phd, 2006).

Many people are not sure whether walking or jogging is the best type, or mode of exercise to get the greatest lipid and lipoprotein change. The answer is simple: you can get the same lipid and lipoprotein change regardless of the mode of exercise you choose, and there are many exercises, such as Tai Chi, Wushu, cycling, rowing and hiking to choose from. Your ultimate goal is to expend energy equal to 1,200 to 1,500 kcal per week. This can also be achieved with different mode of exercise which can deliver this required amount of energy expenditure.

As mentioned above, the intensity of the exercise session, or simply place how hard you work, is vital. But, although exercise intensity has some role in optimizing lipid and lipoprotein changes, the most vital consideration is the volume of exercise completed. You may argue that the quicker and harder you work, the greater the volume of exercise you complete in a set time period. Unfortunately, this argument is not always right. If the exercise intensity is too high, you may not be able to exercise long enough to reach the required volume of exercise necessary to optimize your blood lipid and lipoprotein profile. The appropriate exercise intensity changes from 40% to 60% of your maximal exercise level; it is the work rate achieved by brisk walking or slow jogging for at least 30 minutes. This can also be achieved by continuous practice of Tai Chi routine with wrist weights for at least 45min.

Finally, some people’s bodies will respond to increased physical activity and plotted exercise programming by improving the blood lipid and lipoprotein profile, but some will not. Many other factors contribute to your lipid and lipoprotein profile, and one of these factors is genetics. There is evidence that most people respond to exercise, or are known as responders, while there are also few individuals who do not respond to exercise or respond with less than optimal lipid and lipoprotein changes are referred to as nonresponders. The lipoprotein Lp(a) is a excellent example. Exercise does not affect a change in this lipoprotein because it is genetically determined.

Nutrition has a vital importance to human survival. Nutrition is , after all, a matter familiar to every human being. There are many reasons to clarify the link between nutrition and health. There is an inescapable link between the source, the food and the healthy consumer. Our physical body needs more than wholesome nutrition: mind and consciousness play a significant role in our well-being. The future of mankind lies not in cures, but in disease prevention. Through making awareness based on these facts, we can heal ourselves.The link between nutrition and health is mainly focused around the role of macro-nutrients, vitamins and minerals and the importance of water. There are dietary habits that could undermine our health and these habits can be overcome , if we make the effort to know more about the effects they have on our health and get rid of unhealthy social trends.


The link between nutrition and health is necessary to achieve optimal health and, in order to deepen this knowledge, it is essential to know the nutritional value of our food intake.
Water plays also an essential part of our basic needs. City tap water has come to be considered a processed, unnatural substance. The are fortunately various sources of water available to us. Each individual needs a certain amount of water in order to get an optimal support to his body functions. There are many pollutants in the city tap water like lead, radon and nitrates and those have effects on the body and can be perilous over time. The water does not stay in the body long enough and therefore the thirst signal is never satisfied. To ward off dehydration and it’s side effects, it is best to supply excellent quality drinking water.

It is a proven fact that food remains one of the most essential elements of life and excellent nutrition is a clear path to optimize our quality of life. Nutrition and excellent eating habits have healing effects and can change life in such positive way. Excellent nutrition practice can help you to achieve your goals in life. In order to live a much healthier lifestyle, it is essential that excellent nutrition support its foundation. Health and Nutrition are like heads and tails.

-Nutrition has a vital importance to human survival. Nutrition refers to the nurturing of our body , in our ability to provide the body with all it’s necessary food, vitamins, and minerals so that we continue to thrive in our daily life processes. The link between nutrition and health is necessary to achieve optimal health and to make sure to provide our body with the essential nutritional needs. But,nutrition is one of the most complex area to gain useful knowledge about, because there are so many components, and because each person has it’s own individual needs constantly changing. Therefore, continual education about nutrition is a fact of life. Excellent nutrition should be the ultimate goal of every person alive. What are nutrients?

Every molecule in the body is made by Nutrients & there are more than 45 nutrients. These nutrients build molecules, cells, and tissues of the body.

We get energy from Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats that we eat. These are called macronutrients. These macro nutrients are broken down / metabolized to give energy to the body. Vitamins and minerals (called micronutrients) are not themselves metabolized for energy, but they are vital in helping the macronutrients convert to energy.

 

What is a healthy diet?

The optimal diet has to be individualized to meet your unique needs. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) food pyramid suggests that we use stout “sparingly,” and that our daily diet include 2 – 3 servings of dairy products; 2 – 3 servings of meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans, or nuts; 3 – 5 servings of vegetables; 2 – 4 servings of fruit; and 6 – 11 servings of bread, cereal, rice, or pasta.

 

These are general guidelines. Healthy diet is dependent upon many factors like: age, gender, body size, pregnancy, and status of health. A clinical nutritionist or nutritionally oriented doctor can help you determine what type of diet is best for you.

 

While you know it is vital to eat a healthy diet, it isn’t always simple to sort through all of the information available about nutrition and food choices.  Nutrition has a vital importance to human well-being.  Nutrition should play a leading role to improve our quality of life. Nutrition is a key for reducing your body stout percentage.

Healthy eating is equally vital in reducing the risk of many chronic diseases.  We spend a lot of money on food, but there are ways to cut costs and still serve healthy tasty meals.  When you choose healthy foods instead of sugary or high-stout foods you can really improve your health by adding extra phytochemicals and fiber.  Breakfast foods should be healthy but they have a tendency to be high in fats and sugar. 

 

We always hear that breakfast is the most vital meal of the day, so why ruin a healthy breakfast.  Excellent nutrition is vital to excellent health, disease prevention, and essential for healthy growth and development of children and adolescents.  Fiber is an vital part of a healthy diet. 

 

Many of us work very hard to eat healthy meals, but struggle with the urge for candy, cookies, cakes, ice cream and anything else full of sugar and sweetness.  Most experts agree that snacking is a part of a balanced and healthy diet, as long as the snacks don’t pile on empty calories.

To make vegetable oils suitable for deep frying, the oils are hydrogenated, so trans fats are commonly found in deep-fried foods such as French fries and doughnuts. Trans fats, beyond a limit, are not excellent for our health. 

 

Hydrogenation solidifies liquid oils and increases the shelf life and the flavor stability of oils and foods that contain them.  Other sources of trans fats are vegetable shortenings, some margarines, crackers, cookies, snack foods, and other foods.  Since trans fats increase a products shelf life, many pre-prepared foods and mixes (for example, some pancake mixes and pizza dough) contain trans fats. 

 

The solution: Whenever possible, eat whole, fresh, and unprocessed foods.  When buying packaged foods, place in at least as much time into reading marks and selecting products as you do when choosing a shower gel or shampoo.  A excellent diet is central to overall excellent health, but which are the best foods to include in your meals, and which ones are best avoided.
